A Testament to CrossFit

After introducing Jason to our program he decided to sign up for the Whole Life Challenge (WLC), an 8 week event that we do here twice a year where members keep track of a strict diet and workout program. Nothing out of the ordinary here, just simple hard work and clean eating. After 8 weeks we produce amazing results. Here is the WLC Spring 2013 winner.
