Before and After

Amelia had started CrossFit less than 2 months ago and she is progressing fast.
With proper diet and just 3 days per week of doing CrossFit she has experienced amazing results in just 6 weeks time. Amelia’s sister is doing our Paleo challenge (Whole Life Challenge), which has helped Amelia do her best at staying on task. While a diet doesn’t have to be perfect, some consistency with a little discipline will go a long way.
