Week 3: Day 1: Percentages are based off current 1 Rep Max.

Back Squats:

-1×8 65%

-1×8 70%

-1×6 80%

-1×6 85%

Front Squats:

-1×5 60%

-1×5 70%

-1×5 75%

-1×5 80%

Work up to first sets weight before clock starts. Perform each set on the clock every 2:30 minutes. 3:00 rest between back and front squats.

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time of:

-10 pull-ups

-10 push-ups

-10 Toes-2-Bar

-400m Row or Run
