STR: Back Squat(Pause) (4×3)

Every 2 minutes x 4 sets

3 Pause Back Squats (3 second pause in the bottom of each rep)

INTENDED STIMULUS

Low volume lifting with a focus on optimal positioning in the bottom of the squat. Build over the course of the 4 sets so that the last weight is challenging but not maximal

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 15min:

15 Toes to Bar

25ft Double KB front racked Walking Lunge(53/35)

25ft Death March(53/35)

3 Turkish Get-ups ea. arm(53/35)

INTENDED STIMULUS

A somewhat slow paced and accessory workout to follow the back squats. 4+ rounds is a good goal for all.

**25ft Lunge = 1 Rep, 25ft DM= 1 Rep
