Work up to a heavy Complex: 1 power clean+1 hang power clean + 1 hang squat clean. Then continue for a 7 min EMOM at weight.

15 Power cleans

30 Pull-ups

20 Power cleans

20 Toes-2-Bar

Power cleans should be done between 65-70% of your 1RM power clean.
